The agreement governing your use of Atom AI.
Last updated: June 25, 2026By creating an Atom AI account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you're using Atom AI on behalf of a company or organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms. If you don't agree to these terms, do not use the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated version on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Atom AI after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Atom AI is an autonomous B2B cold outreach platform that helps users research prospects, generate personalized cold email drafts, send outbound email campaigns, and manage follow-up sequences. The service is provided as-is and is subject to availability.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
To use Atom AI, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 18 years old and not prohibited from using the service under applicable law to create an account. You may not share your account with others or allow unauthorized access.
If you become aware of unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately at hello@atom-ai.io.
You agree to use Atom AI only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must not use the platform to:
You are solely responsible for the content of the emails you send through Atom AI and for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions of your recipients.
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using the service.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on the plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You authorize us to charge the payment method associated with your account for all fees due.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be refunded for the remainder of the period, but you will retain access to the service until then.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes apply to the next billing cycle after the notice period.
Your data is yours. We do not sell, share, or use your data for purposes beyond operating the Atom AI service. Our full data practices are described in our Privacy Policy.
You retain ownership of all prospect data, email content, and other content you upload or create through the platform. By using Atom AI, you grant us a limited license to process this data solely to deliver the service.
If you connect your own Gmail or Outlook account to Atom AI, we access it solely to send outbound emails on your behalf — we do not read, scan, or store the content of your inbox or any other data beyond what is needed to send.
Atom AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Polsia and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content, branding, or proprietary technology without our written consent.
Email content you generate using Atom AI is yours to use as you see fit, subject to these terms and applicable law.
ATOM AI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
We do not guarantee that emails sent through Atom AI will be delivered, opened, or generate responses. Email delivery depends on many factors outside our control, including recipient spam filters and server policies.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POLSIA AND ATOM AI ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate your account at any time by visiting Settings → Data & Privacy and requesting account deletion. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data within 30 days as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you breach these terms or engage in prohibited activity. Upon termination, any fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Polsia is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of or related to these terms or your use of Atom AI.
