Why we built this

B2B cold email is the highest-leverage channel a small sales team can run — but only if the mechanical work behind it actually works. List-building, enrichment, per-recipient personalization, throttled sending, follow-ups, reply classification, calendar handoff — that's an operational loop, not a one-time send. Most teams either run it by hand and burn out their reps, or hand it to an agency and lose visibility into what's working.

Atom AI exists for the team that wants the second model without giving up the first. We run the mechanical outbound loop — the parts that don't need a salesperson — so the people on your team only step in on warm conversations. By the time a reply lands, it's been researched, drafted, sent, and pre-classified; your reps meet it already qualified.

• Deliverability. Domain warm-up + spam-placement monitoring on every sending account, so the actual inbox — your prospect's, not ours — is where replies land.
• Send volume. AI-personalized cold emails at the per-plan limits — up to 500, 2,500, or 10,000 per month — drafted per recipient, not mail-merge tokens.
• Reply handling. AI auto-classifies inbound replies into interested, not-now, and out-of-office so the hot ones surface in your inbox and the rest don't get ignored.
• Meeting booking. A calendar link auto-attached to interested replies, so a prospect who says yes can book in one click without a back-and-forth.
